Dental Technology
Treatment Planning at Our Clinic
Our dentists use technology to help inform treatment planning and assist in making your dental appointments run smoothly.
Technology can improve your experience at the dentist by helping to make procedures virtually pain and mess-free, and help procedures go as quickly as possible so you spend less time in the dental chair.
With advancements in dental technology, we can help provide you with a more comfortable, precise way of diagnosing and treating your oral health concerns.
Our goal is to provide patients with dental care while making sure they are fully informed about their oral health. Dental technology helps us do that.
Digital X-Rays
Digital X-rays use digital sensors instead of traditional photographic X-ray film. They produce highly detailed computer images of the teeth and gums, as well as other oral structures and conditions, allowing your dentist to examine parts of the mouth that are not visible to the naked eye.
CEREC Same-Day Restorations
CEREC® (Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics) is a system that allows us to create and place ceramic dental crowns, inlays, and onlays in a single appointment. Because you don't have to keep coming back for multiple appointments, you spend less time in our office, and more time showing off your new smile.
iTero Intraoral Scanner
The iTero intraoral scanner creates digital dental impressions, an ideal alternative to traditional impressions which can be messy and time-consuming. Your dentist simply uses an optical scanning wand to take a digital image of your teeth within minutes. This helps your dentist to capture accurate data to create digital replicas of the hard and soft tissues of the mouth.
Solea® All-Tissue Dental Laser
In dentistry, lasers can be used in a variety of soft and hard tissue procedures. They allow our dentists to perform dental procedures with less pain and fewer medical interventions. The Solea dental laser allows our dentists to perform a variety of procedures without the use of needles or drills. Lasers also help reduce pain and improve recovery time.
